Every year Micah's family (his mom's side) has a get-together at a lodge in Eastern Arkansas. They added it up while we were there last weekend and figured out that they have been doing it for at least 25 years!
Micah and I had not been able to make it since we have had the babies. Landry was sick one year, and last year we were just too close to Collier's arrival!
Micah's mother is one of four sisters, and everyone was able to make it this year. All of Micah's cousins and all of the great-grandkiddos were in one place for the weekend. It was a lot of fun to visit and catch up with everyone!
Landry had such a blast hanging out, and Collier was pretty easy going except for waking up at 5 both mornings that we were there. Thankful for a Gigi who loves getting up and rocking with him! :)
I seriously enjoy my time with this family...all of Micah's aunts are so fun to be around (and also great cooks!). I'm already looking forward to next year!
